Winlian Decor messed up my wedding. I paid for all my decor in full. On the day of the wedding, at the reception, more guests started coming in - they couldn't find seats, so the ushering team ran to the ceremony area to pick up chairs to give them - only to be told by the lady owner of Winlian Decor Mrs Mpa - that they cannot have the chairs, because they are meant for the ceremony only. This was very very disappointing, rude, inconsiderate and a total rip off, how can you be paid for chairs for the whole day & you choose to sit on them whilst guests are standing!!!! She is rude - and she will rip you off - Winlian decor will make your wedding a nightmare, never risk your special day by contracting them, they'll disappoint you and spoil your day!
