Zimpapers' News Hub team unhelpful and useless
I subscribed to the Zimpapers News Hub, paid the subscription fees, The Herald, Chronicle, H-Metro are updated frequently but surprisingly B-Metro was last updated on the 15th of January 2015 and today is the 2nd of February 2015.

I thought by subscribing I will be able to read the latest hilarious news from in and around Bulawayo but it looks like B-Metro is not a priority for Zimpapers. When selling the service it appears as if all services are updated timeously but oh my boy.

I have sent e-mails to Kudzai Sadomba and Matewo Kaviya the people I spoke to when subscribing. I have not heard from them. I think this is poor customer service and this might be the first and last time for me subscribing to this service as some publications are not updated and if you send a query, no one bothers responding or solving your problem. Initially I was of the opinion that my profile had not been updated with the latest B-Metro but it looks like the News Hub (as a whole) has not been updated for the last 2 weeks.

Zimpapers' traditional sites already command a strong following so with the unhelpful Zimpapers team I think I will have to stick with the traditional sites than paying an extra $10 or so for same material with an unhelpful team.
