I am so frustrated, my staff applied for their permits on the 11 November 2014. They have had no feedback. the website gives you dates that end on the 24/11 2014 and nothing since. it states its 8 weeks - it is now 12 weeks. The phone number refers you to the website and no further action can be taken. One has no way of following up or querying the progress of the applications. please can someone from immigration explain what the delay is and how to fix it
