In March I conveyed my dissatisfaction to OK management on the way I was treated by an employee at OK Mart in Bulawayo where I had gone to collect money sent to me from SA. I got a response from a Tendai C. Makomva to the effect that they were going to investigate the matter and update me. Up to now I have not received the promised feed back and Tendai no longer responds to my emails. On my last visit to OK last week I discovered that the rude, foul-mouthed and uncooperative young man is still manning his desk and I am sure customers still suffer since it's now clear he enjoys immunity from management.
