Disrepectful customer care
I simply cannot understand how a huge company such as Telkom cannot invest in training some of their staff to deliver better service to their clients. Do I have to accept that staff could just laugh at clients? Staff could just belittle and disrespect clients? I have to beg management to call me as I am not happy how I have been treated since I became a client of Telkom. Do I have to pay for a data contract where I cannot utilize the data that is allocated to me every month? Will someone ever reply to this complaint?
