Reviewed by zeyn-osman - I travelled to Victoria Falls with my family in August last year . Locks to our bags were broken and clothing and grocery items were stolen. I reported this to Air Zimbabwe staff. It took about a month to get to the correct person.
My claim was handled by Regis Matsvaire. In January this year they agreed to pay out my claim and said it was forwarded to the Accounts department. To date nothing has been paid. My emails are read but ignored.
