Zesa Customer Service Nightmare
Am absolutely dismayed by the conduct of Zesa staff when it comes to dealing with faults. After the rains on Saturday we lost power in Lobengula west. Some houses have power some don't. We phoned ZESA on the following numbers they give for faults 09 290603, 0712615127-8 & they was no response on Saturday. On Sunday went to report @Byo Power Station.

The response was we will attend. On Monday morning went again to be told the same story. As we speak now we still don't hve power. Its so disheartening that they don't even bother to communicate with affected consumers, they are nowhere to be seen near the affected area. we are now throwing away food from the fridges. The weather is a bit chilly & the rains over the weekend left most firewood wet.

Finally they just answered & the response given " we might attend to you tomorrow"
