The Bulawayo city council has failed to attend to a burst sewer which has been flowing since Mid December at our house in Nketa 9.

I have exhausted all communications channels. The sewer has now spilled from the toilet and drainage into the house leaving the house inhabitable.

We phone their toll free number (08084700) everyday and they are always giving us Ref numbers, now we don't know what to do.
