I'm appauled at the customer service at Choppies Bulawayo Center. Just spent over 15mins waiting to get some fruits weighed and when I asked one of the workers I was just brushed off so I had 2 put the fruits back on the shelf and leave the store empty handed. Sad thing is that its not the first time I've been mistreated at the store even though I am a regular customer there... Its about time someone speaks up on this issue, customer service does not seem important to business owners in Bulawayo and this needs to change The worker just called another lady who it seems was on that particular duty and she in turn just looked at me and shrugged rudely and continued talking to the person she was talking to for so long that I just gave up.
