I am a student and have limited funds for food... Unfortunately I'm in love with sushi and hardly ever get to buy it because of the price. I have been collecting the tags at the end of my slips which finally gave me enough discount to be able to treat my self to sushi. I got to the till to pay handed over my slips and the lady refused to take them saying I can only use one at a time. I told her that this is not mentioned on the slip and with the worst attitude told me that she had gone for training. That doesn't help me when I am the customer and haven't been informed on this. I thus had to leave the sushi and walk out with nothing. This is the most embarrassing thing I've ever had to do. I refuse to buy from Pick 'n pay now.
